Turn a real procedure into ordered sections, answer rules and a bounded Kanban workflow.
Before you start
- Write the procedure as distinct observable tasks.
- Choose the evidence required from each task.

Structure the procedure
Group tasks into sections and write one distinct task per line. Each section can contain up to one hundred tasks and a template can contain up to thirty sections.
Choose the response rule
Use completed, yes/no/not applicable, text or number according to the evidence needed. Mark a section optional only when its tasks may reach the final state without an answer.
Design the board
Define two to ten unique states. The first is the initial column and the last completes a task. Assign a valid operational user to a state only when that phase has a specific owner.
Step by step
- Create or edit a template.
- Add two to ten workflow states.
- Mark the first and final states correctly.
- Create ordered sections and one task per line.
- Choose response type and requirement, then save.
Final check
- Every task is unambiguous.
- Required answers match the final-state rule.
- State names and owners are unique and valid.
Tip: Use duplicate when a procedure needs an independent evolution instead of many conditional variants.
