How limits work

Every manually started or scheduled run counts in its creation month. The counter resets monthly.
History does not disappear
Once the limit is reached, new runs are blocked while previous ones remain available.
Active templates and locations
These are total limits. Excess resources are reversibly suspended after a downgrade.
